Program Description and Requirements
​
The TechServ Scholars AmeriCorps Program, operated by JEVS Human Services, is a unique, yearlong opportunity for Philly youth who want to help their community through service and civic engagement, while developing technical career skills. JEVS Human Services enhances the employability, independence, and quality of life of individuals through a broad range of programs, in which they create innovative and sustainable solutions to address current and future community needs.

Requirements

Members must be between 18-24 years of age by the start of service.

Members must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. nationals, or lawful permanent residents.

Members must have achieved a high school diploma or GED by the start of service or be working towards receiving a GED certificate.​
