Program Description and Requirements
​
The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Philadelphia with the mission to advance nurse-led care to reduce health disparities and meet people’s primary care and wellness needs, and as a result, reduce poverty. NNCC AmeriCorps VISTA and State members bring passion and perseverance where the need is greatest: to organizations that help eradicate poverty.

Requirements

Members must be at least 18 years of age by the start of service.

Members must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. nationals, or lawful permanent residents.

Members must have achieved a high school diploma or GED by the start of service.

Members must not have previously served for AmeriCorps State or National terms.
